Bring your sewing machine (and the manual, if you have it) and we will go through all the features of your machine and how to set it up properly. You will learn:
- Machine parts & terminology
- Threading the machine
- Winding a bobbin & properly inserting the bobbin
- Thread tension, how (& why) to adjust it.
- All about needles
- Backstitching
- Specialty stitches built into your machine (not all machines have these)
- Presser feet and all their functions
